How long does it take to get a dose of nature high enough to make people say they feel healthy and have a strong sense of well-being?

Precisely 120 minutes

According to Mathew White of the European Centre for Environment & Human Health at the University of Exeter, those that spent two hours a week in green spaces such as local parks, national reserves, or on countryside walks were substantially more likely to report good physical and mental health than those who didn’t.

The forest can be viewed as a ‘therapist’. Being in nature naturally relaxes the body and mind and therefore results in more rational thinking.

Why not join me in Regent’s Park for one of my ‘120 minute’ Landscaping coaching session where we step outside together and take a look at your business with fresh eyes. You can let things out, share with me your issues and struggles and I can help you explore where you could be and what is standing in your way to achieving your full potential.
